Nestopar Info-Cash Terms of Service

Nestopar operates two distinct Info-Cash reward systems — one for Minix (short-form videos) and one for Connect (long-form videos). These systems work differently, have separate earning mechanisms, separate payout methods, and separate data-sharing rules. Please read both sections carefully before participating.

1. Introduction

Nestopar Pvt Ltd ('Nestopar', 'we', 'us', 'our'), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office in India, operates the Nestopar super-app. Within the app, Nestopar offers two platforms where users can earn rewards called 'Info-Cash':

Nestopar Minix Info-Cash: An in-app wallet credit system. Users earn points by watching short-form Minix videos. Points are stored in the Nestopar Wallet and can only be spent within the Nestopar platform.
Nestopar Connect Info-Cash: An ad-revenue share system. Users earn a share of ad revenue by watching Info-Cash ads in long-form Connect videos. Earnings are tracked as payment pending and transferred to the user's bank account or UPI at the end of each month.

These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'you') and Nestopar under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. They must be read alongside the Nestopar Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and General Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To participate in either Info-Cash programme, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a resident of India.
Hold a verified Nestopar account on the official Nestopar mobile app.
Comply with all applicable Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ('DPDP Act'), and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Not have an account that is under suspension, review, or termination.

Info-Cash rewards are available only on the Nestopar mobile app (Android & iOS). The Nestopar website does not support Info-Cash earning.

PART A — MINIX INFO-CASH (In-App Wallet System)

3. What is Minix Info-Cash?

Minix Info-Cash is Nestopar's in-app reward credit system for the Minix short-form video platform. Users earn Info-Cash points simply by watching Minix videos from start to finish. These points are credited to the Nestopar Wallet and can be used to pay for products on Nestopar Shop or to access Premium/Pay-Per-View content on Nestopar.

Important: Minix Info-Cash points have NO monetary value outside Nestopar. They cannot be withdrawn to any bank account, UPI, or any external platform under any circumstance.

4. How to Earn Minix Info-Cash

4.1 Earning Rate

Users earn Info-Cash points for every Minix video watched in full:

Base Rate: INR 0.05 (5 paise) per full video view. This rate may be higher for select videos as determined by Nestopar or the content creator. The earning rate for each video will be displayed on the video interface before you begin watching.

You must watch the full video (from start to finish) to earn the reward. Partial views do not earn points.
Replays of a video after the first complete view do not generate additional rewards.
Skipped videos earn no rewards.
There is no daily or monthly cap on the number of videos you may watch, but Nestopar's fraud-detection system monitors abnormal viewing patterns.
Rewards are credited to your Nestopar Wallet immediately upon completion of each eligible view.

4.2 Wallet Crediting

All Minix Info-Cash points are credited to your Nestopar Wallet in real time (subject to processing delays of up to 24 hours). Your balance is visible in the 'Wallet' section of the app. 1 Minix Info-Cash point = INR 1 value within the Nestopar platform.

5. How to Use Minix Info-Cash

5.1 Where You Can Spend Minix Info-Cash

Minix Info-Cash points can be redeemed exclusively within the Nestopar app for:

Nestopar Shop: Pay for products fully or partially. 1 Info-Cash point = INR 1 off your order. The remaining balance can be paid via UPI, card, or COD.
Nestopar Premium / Pay-Per-View OTT: Unlock premium videos or pay-per-view content. 1 Info-Cash point = INR 1 off the subscription or per-view price.

5.2 Minimum Redemption Balance

Minimum to redeem: 50 Info-Cash points (equivalent to INR 50).

5.3 What Minix Info-Cash Cannot Be Used For

Withdrawn to any bank account, UPI ID, or external payment platform.
Transferred, gifted, or sold to any other user.
Exchanged for physical cash, gift vouchers, or any instrument outside Nestopar.
Combined with Connect Info-Cash earnings (the two systems are completely separate).

5.4 Points Expiry

Minix Info-Cash points expire 12 months from the date they are credited. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Points are consumed on a first-earned, first-used basis.

6. COD Refunds and Minix Info-Cash Wallet

If you have placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order on Nestopar Shop and are eligible for a refund, the following process applies:

Option A — Nestopar Wallet Credit (Instant): The refund amount is credited to your Info-Cash Wallet for use on future Nestopar purchases.
Option B — UPI / Bank Transfer (5–7 Business Days): An in-app screen will appear for you to enter your UPI ID or bank details (account number + IFSC). The refund is processed via Nestopar's licensed payment gateway partner. Bank details entered are used solely for that transaction and are not stored permanently.

The choice of refund method is entirely yours. Nestopar will never force a COD refund into the Info-Cash Wallet without your explicit selection.
Nestopar is not liable for refunds sent to incorrect UPI IDs or bank account details provided by you.

PART B — CONNECT INFO-CASH (Ad Revenue Share System)

7. What is Connect Info-Cash?

Connect Info-Cash is Nestopar's ad revenue sharing programme for long-form videos on Nestopar Connect. When you watch a designated Info-Cash ad in a Connect video from start to finish without skipping, a reward option appears. If you accept, you earn 33% of that ad's revenue as your reward.

Connect Info-Cash earnings are NOT stored in the Nestopar Wallet. They are tracked separately as 'Payment Pending' in your account and are transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID at the end of each calendar month.

Not every ad on Connect is an Info-Cash ad. Regular (non-Info-Cash) awareness ads also appear in Connect videos and do not carry any viewer reward. Only ads labelled as 'Info-Cash Ad' in the player interface are eligible for viewer rewards.

8. How Connect Info-Cash Ads Work

8.1 Types of Ads on Nestopar Connect

Info-Cash Ads (Reward-Eligible): These are designated ads where the viewer can earn a reward. They may appear at any point during a Connect video. If you watch the full Info-Cash ad without skipping at any point, a reward prompt will appear at the end. You may choose to accept or decline the reward.
Non-Info-Cash Ads (No Viewer Reward): Standard brand-awareness ads that do not carry any viewer reward. These ads may be skippable or non-skippable. Watching or skipping these ads does not affect your Info-Cash earnings.

8.2 Earning Mechanism

The reward for each Info-Cash ad is 33% of that specific ad's revenue, as calculated by Nestopar's pricing engine at the time the ad is served.
The reward amount is displayed on the reward prompt that appears after you have watched the full ad. You will see the exact INR amount before deciding whether to accept.
Accepting the reward confirms your participation and triggers the data-sharing obligation described in Section 9.
Declining the reward means no data is shared and no earnings are recorded for that ad.
Reward amounts vary per ad based on the advertiser's campaign budget, ad duration, your location, language, and engagement factors. Nestopar does not guarantee any minimum reward per ad.

8.3 Payment Pending Tracking

Connect Info-Cash rewards are not stored in the Nestopar Wallet. Each accepted reward is recorded as 'Payment Pending' against your account in Nestopar's system. You can view your accumulated Payment Pending balance at any time in the 'Earnings' section of the app.

Payment Pending amounts are cleared and transferred to your registered bank account or UPI ID at the end of every calendar month (1st to last day of the month). Payments are processed between the 1st and 7th of the following month.

9. Data Sharing — Mandatory for Connect Info-Cash

9.1 What Data is Shared

Accepting a Connect Info-Cash reward requires your consent to share the following personal information with the advertiser whose ad you watched:

Full Name
Mobile Number
Email Address
City

This data is shared solely for the purposes of reward fulfilment, brand communication, and campaign analytics by the advertiser.

9.2 Consent is Mandatory

By tapping 'Accept Reward' on any Connect Info-Cash ad, you explicitly and freely consent to the data sharing described above for that specific ad and advertiser. This consent is a condition of earning the reward — you cannot earn the reward without agreeing to data sharing.

If you do not wish to share your data with a particular advertiser, you must decline the reward. Declining is always available and will never affect your ability to watch content or earn rewards on future eligible ads.

YOU MUST BE READY TO SHARE YOUR DATA WITH THE BRAND TO EARN CONNECT INFO-CASH REWARDS. There is no opt-out from data sharing while still accepting the reward. If you decline data sharing, you forfeit the reward for that ad.

9.3 How Advertisers May Use Your Data

To contact you regarding the product or service advertised.
To fulfil any offer or reward tied to the ad.
For internal analytics and campaign reporting.

Nestopar is not responsible for how advertisers use your data once shared. Each advertiser is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable Indian law, including the DPDP Act, 2023. If you receive unwanted communications from an advertiser, you may report it to Nestopar's Grievance Officer.

9.4 Data Nestopar Does Not Share

Nestopar does not share your bank account details, UPI ID, government ID, or financial information with any advertiser.
Data shared with advertisers is limited strictly to name, mobile number, email address, and city.
Nestopar does not sell your data to any third party.

10. Connect Info-Cash Payment Terms

10.1 Payment Registration

To receive Connect Info-Cash payouts, you must register your payment details in the app under 'Earnings' > 'Payment Settings'. You may register:

A UPI ID (preferred — fastest settlement), or
A bank account number and IFSC code.

You must also provide your PAN (Permanent Account Number) as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Payouts will not be processed without a valid PAN on record.

10.2 Monthly Payout Schedule

Earnings are calculated for the full calendar month (1st to last day).
Payments are processed and transferred between the 1st and 7th of the following month.
Minimum payout threshold: INR 50. If your accumulated Payment Pending balance is below INR 50 at month end, it carries forward to the next month.
Nestopar may withhold payment if your account is under fraud review or under direction from a competent authority.

10.3 Tax Obligations

Connect Info-Cash payouts constitute income under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Where applicable, Nestopar will deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194R or other relevant provisions before transferring your payout. TDS certificates (Form 16A) will be issued within the timelines prescribed by law. You are solely responsible for filing your income tax returns and meeting all applicable tax obligations.

10.4 Non-Transferability of Earnings

Connect Info-Cash earnings are personal to your account and may not be transferred, assigned, or gifted to any other person or account.

11. Fraud Detection and Reward Blocking

Nestopar employs advanced fraud-detection technology to protect the integrity of the Connect Info-Cash programme and the interests of advertisers.

11.1 What Constitutes Fraud

Using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or any automated tool to simulate ad views or reward acceptance.
Using device emulators, virtual machines, or any software to mimic human behaviour on the app.
Using VPNs or proxy servers to misrepresent your geographic location.
Creating multiple accounts to earn rewards across accounts.
Colluding with other users, creators, or third parties to manipulate reward accrual.
Any other method designed to artificially generate Connect Info-Cash earnings.

11.2 Consequences of Detected Fraud

If Nestopar's system detects bot activity, automated behaviour, or any other form of fraud on your account:

All pending rewards associated with the flagged activity will be immediately blocked and forfeited.
Your account will be placed under review. During the review period, no new rewards will be credited.
If fraud is confirmed, your account will be permanently suspended and all Payment Pending balances will be forfeited.
Nestopar reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings under the IT Act, 2000, the BNS, 2023, and other applicable Indian laws.
Advertisers will be notified of fraudulent activity affecting their campaigns.

Reward blocking is automatic. If your account is flagged by the fraud-detection system, rewards will be blocked without prior notice. You may appeal through the Grievance Officer process within 15 days of being notified.

PART C — COMMON TERMS (Applicable to Both Info-Cash Systems)

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited across both Minix and Connect Info-Cash programmes:

Using any automated, artificial, or non-human means to generate views, ad interactions, or rewards.
Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
Creating multiple Nestopar accounts to circumvent eligibility or earning limits.
Tampering with, reverse-engineering, or attempting to exploit Nestopar's reward systems, APIs, or backend infrastructure.
Submitting false identity, tax, or payment information.
Any conduct constituting an offence under the IT Act, 2000, BNS, 2023, or any other applicable Indian law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Nestopar processes your personal data in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023. As a Data Fiduciary, Nestopar:

Collects only the data necessary to operate the Info-Cash programmes.
Obtains your explicit consent before processing or sharing your personal data.
Allows you to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior processing).
Enables you to exercise rights of access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal.
Implements appropriate technical and organisational security safeguards.
Notifies you of any personal data breach as required under applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 By Nestopar

Nestopar may suspend or terminate your access to Info-Cash programmes at any time if:

You breach any provision of these Terms or Nestopar's Community Guidelines.
Fraud, abuse, or manipulation of any reward system is detected or reasonably suspected.
Required to do so by applicable law or order of a competent court or authority.

14.2 By You

You may close your account at any time via Settings > Account > Deactivate. Upon closure:

Minix Info-Cash wallet balance is forfeited.
Connect Info-Cash Payment Pending balances at or above INR 50 will be paid to your registered payment method within 30 business days, subject to identity and fraud verification.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nestopar is not liable for failure to credit rewards due to technical issues, network outages, or device malfunctions.
Nestopar does not guarantee any minimum earning from either Info-Cash programme.
Nestopar's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total Info-Cash value credited or pending to that user in the preceding three calendar months.
Nestopar is not liable for advertiser actions, communications, or use of shared data after it has been transmitted.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Nestopar may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Nestopar will:

Publish the updated Terms at nestopar.com/info-cash-terms-of-service.
Notify you via in-app notification and/or email at least 7 days before changes take effect.
Update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of these Terms.

Continued use of any Info-Cash feature after the Effective Date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, IT Act, 2000, DPDP Act, 2023, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable Indian statutes. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the IT Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2021:

By using Nestopar Minix Info-Cash or Nestopar Connect Info-Cash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms of Service, including the mandatory data-sharing requirement for Connect Info-Cash rewards.
