Foundational to the AI PC is security and ensuring that your data and systems and always safe and protected. Intel takes a holistic approach to security, from the application and data layers, all the way down to the hardware sitting below the OS. Power this multi-layer security system are the security engines. In the past we have integrated multiple solutions into the hardware but the new Intel Core Ultra 200V series processors feature one additional engine: The partner security engine. Sitting on a fully isolated portion of the silicon, third parties such as OS vendors can run security workload on the system in full isolation. Beyond sufficiently securing the chip for the AI era we are also leveraging AI for enhanced security.
